Things are moving quickly here in Hastings — roads are now being built, five additional foundations have been completed, and the very first home is getting its finishing touches!

We’ve officially broken ground at Trailside Village! Grading is complete, and crews have already begun laying the first three foundations. What was once open space is now becoming the future home of 28 modern townhomes, surrounded by green space and direct access to the trail.
It’s an exciting milestone — and just the beginning. Stay tuned as we continue to build a community designed for connection, comfort, and everyday living.
