We’ve officially broken ground at Trailside Village! Grading is complete, and crews have already begun laying the first three foundations. What was once open space is now becoming the future home of 28 modern townhomes, surrounded by green space and direct access to the trail.
It’s an exciting milestone — and just the beginning. Stay tuned as we continue to build a community designed for connection, comfort, and everyday living.
Trailside Village is officially underway! Crews are on-site moving dirt, leveling the ground, and preparing each lot for the homes to come. It’s the first step in transforming this open space into a connected, modern community — built for comfort, nature, and room to grow.
